Customer service representative - Toronto

Your tasks will be: Assist customers on the phone and understand their needs, offer them a selection of products that meet their needs and fulfill orders, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, enter orders into the system and quotes, be on the lookout for the operation of all of the company's production spheres.
