Commercial Project Administrator - Toronto

Job Duties:

Support the sales team in day-to-day administration including review of sales pipeline, management of RFP/RFQ/Tender documentation and general administrative tasks
Support the Commercial Project Manager in day-to-day administration including scheduling, document control, invoicing, costing and general administration tasks
Attend and occasionally chair project and scheduling meetings
Track purchase orders and coordinate installations with site contacts
Organize and maintain digital and physical project files
Support Sales, HSE and Field personnel as needed – 50/50 split between commercial sales and project management
Support travel, lodging, and logistical administration as needed
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

3 years of experience working in an administrative capacity
Construction and/or general contractor experience considered an asset
Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate team members
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with proven ability to learn new software programs quickly
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal relations, with ability to gain trust and respect of others and build relationships
Keen attention to detail and high standards for work produced
Willingness and flexibility to take on a wide variety of tasks
