Job Description:Responsibilities · Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisor in his daily activities. · Prepare documents and forms, processing daily business. · Follow-up on the processing of documents, such as KYC, Transfer requests, Applications, and compilance-related documents. · Update and maintain Excel client spreadsheet (Client performance tracking). · Mail/E-mail clients with Assante’s marketing and compliance materials. · Co-manage CRM software, updating all the relevant info about the clients and keeping a log of all client interactions (training provided); · Maintain and edit advisor’s webpage and web presence (LinkedIn and Google Analytics). · Social Media skills a plus. · All activities are compliant with the standard operations procedures of an IIROC brokerage firm/investment dealer. SkillsLicenced or UnlicensedStrong verbal, telephone & interpersonal skills.Must be very detail orientated and good with numbers.Mutual Fund and Financial Services experience a required.·Solid computer skills; Excel, LinkedIn good at learning new software Apps.ACT!, Salesforce, SmartDocs, Docusign experience is a plus but, will train on the job.Company Description:Financial services Including RRSP, TFSA, Mutual Funds, ETFs, securities, Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Extended health benefits, and Retirement Planning.
