Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are searching for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk that will report to an Accounting Manager at a downtown property management company. This is a permanent position in a very open, friendly, and fun workplace.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Understand invoices and billings
Work with spreadsheets
Accurately input data entry
Verify numbers
Process purchase invoices
Input invoices
Well organized
Communicate excellently
Your experience and skillset include:

3-5 years AP/AR experience
Post-secondary education in accounting
Experience with cash receipts
Strong organizational skills
Detail orientated
Proficient Excel skills
Experience with Excel is required
Experience in a manufacturing facility is an asset
