Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

Invoicing to our valued clients, and follow up
Assist in payroll processing and payroll remittances for internal staff and contractors
Reconciling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
WCB filing, posting journal entries, bank reconciliations and account reconciliations, processing GST returns
Generating weekly and monthly reports
Setting up client files and maintaining the files
Support the Controller in their duties

Your strengths include:

2+ years' experience with Payroll and Accounting
Accounting Diploma or Degree required
QuickBooks experience an asset
Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 an asset
Excellent communication
