Qualifications:

1: 3+ years in an Accounting Role with a focus on the below:

Experience with reconciliation, account reconciliation, knowledge and experience with receivables
Experience in reconciliation customer accounts & interaction with customer for collection.
Examines, analyzes customer accounts.

2: Strong Communication skills

ability to work with professionals to answer errors an solve problems

3: Intermediate Excel Skills

(Pivot Tables, H&V look up, formulas)

Familiarity with spreadsheets or accounting software and GAAP

Education: Bachelor in Accounting

Description:

Has on-the-job experience as an accountant. Examines, analyzes and interprets accounting records to prepare statements and/or advise management. May require a degree or certification. Familiarity with spreadsheets or accounting software and GAAP.

Day to Day:

Compiles and analyzes the affiliate information in order to monitor transactions performed by the company, and making the appropriate comparison between amounts recorded and support included for such recording by checking amounts, reviewing details, and reconciling figures. Identify any inconsistency and analyze data so that it can be accurately documented.
Ensures all monitoring procedures and activities are carried out and documented in accordance with Standard Operating procedures and policies as defined by the Company.
Monthly data entry of all reportable transactions into the Expense Manager tool (EM) from the various sources: A/P system, reports, and other transactions if any.
