Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all company, local, provincial/state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Compile, analyze, and report financial data accurately and timely.
Prepare periodic reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other financial statements.
Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records.
Conduct audits, identify discrepancies, and implement effective resolutions.
Compute taxes and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Stay informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and cost analyses.
Present complex quantitative data to decision-makers in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Exceptional analytical, organization, communication, and computer skills.
Ethical behaviour and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and efficiently while meeting deadlines.
