Let me know if you want to sell a Thinkpad X21 in very good condition (especially screen and hinges as well as a working battery).
800x600 display is perfectly fine.
I am also OK with an X20, for $200, but not the later models.
Ultrabase X2 dock is not necessary, and the amount of RAM is not critical.
