Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000 to $45,000/year
Experience: estimating 1 year (Required)
Must be very specialist and experienced in estimating commercial/industrial painting projects by reading PDF drawings and painting scope of work and knows the competitive painting market prices.
And Knows what price I should charge submit to the General Contractor to Guarantee I will be the Lowest Bidder and get the painting contract !!!!!
-Understands and able to read architectural drawings & specifications.
-Doing takeoffs from architectural drawings.
-Able to use Stack Take off program.
-People friendly and able to speak and write English very well.
-Please confirm if you know how to use Planswift Takeoff & Estimating Software
I'm looking for a commercial/industrial painting estimator with experience bidding large painting jobs who is willing to give me a few pointers with regards to doing just that. I'm interested in techniques for completing and organizing large scale (over $1,000,000) commercial/industrial take offs.
