Job Description:

Your role as an appraiser is to ensure that the customer receives a great experience from start to finish. You are expected to follow your work orders throughout the life cycle of the repair. Use your expertise with our state of the art tools and support to overcome the biggest complaint in our industry; not adhering to the expectations set for completed repairs.

It's important that due diligence is done to ensure an accurate quality repair plan and estimated completion date is provided. Although you may primarily work on Repair Planning vehicles you need to be willing to work with the shop staff and insurance partners to make sure that all customer needs are met. Our standards are driven by accommodation, determination, excellence, and respect. These core values should be at the forefront of your everyday endeavors. Your performance will be measured monthly on customer focus, timeliness, and cost/ quality of repair plan. Good attitude, customer service orientation and team player mentality is an asset. Five years or more of estimating experience encouraged.
