Our LG plasma tv was going on and off without warning. I searched for someone to come and look at it to see if it was repairable. Based on the Homestars reviews, I contacted Terry and was I glad I did. He followed up quickly, came to our home and quickly diagnosed the problem. He took our tv away to fix in his shop and two days later our tv was back on the wall, good as new. I found Ontario Electronics Service by reading other people's reviews on Homestars. Terry and Seeta are very professional and knowledgeable. They came directly to my house and very quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my Sharp LED television (PCB board). They took the TV back to their shop where they had the part on hand to make the repair. They brought the TV back the following day working again as if it were brand-new. Thanks again for repairing my television. I definitely would recommend Ontario Electronics Service to anybody.

A few months back, Ontario Electronics Service had repaired the display on our 7+ year old 50" Plasma TV. Setting up an appointment with Terry for an in-home diagnosis was easy. Both he and his wife arrived promptly at the appointed time, giving us a call before they arrived at my house. They dismantled the TV off of the back mount of my TV stand quickly, despite the fact that I myself didn't even remember how the mounting system worked from all those years ago when I set it up. They laid it down, removed the outer casing, and made an impressively quick diagnosis of the problem. They took it to their shop and returned it in a timely manner, good as new. They were very polite, prompt, and professional with all the work done. They showed much consideration for my home and furniture as well, which was appreciated. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Ontario Electronics Service for television repairs, and would not hesitate to call them again.

Terry and his wife were professional from start to end. They called when they were on their way, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes, showed me the work they did, and were out of the door in 30 minutes. By the time they were done, the TV was better than when we purchased it. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

Our 50 inch LCD TV stopped working - the picture went black but we could still hear sound. We called Ontario Electronics and they responded immediately. They came to our house the next day to assess the issue, and then proceeded to take the TV back to their shop and repair it within 3 days. They then dropped the TV back at our house and set it up and now it is working perfectly! I appreciated the prompt and reliable customer service and the very pleasant and helpful team! I would definitely recommend other people use them.

Our TV needed to be repaired and we called Ontario Electronics Service. Terry and his wife were very professional, explaining what they were doing every step of the way. Our 50" LG Plasma would not turn back on and I wanted to find someone honest and reliable to repair it. I really didn't have the money to go out and buy a new TV. Terry came the same day as I called and assured me that it could be fixed. He was polite and honest with me. The TV was repaired in my home at a reasonable cost. We are happy with the result which came with a 90 day warranty. I would definitely recommend Ontario Electronics Service!
