MARKETING & ADVERTISING POSITION Part Time $15/Hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

Looking for a student who has expert social media skills to work for a Real Estate Agent.

Creativity is a must.

Job functions include:

-Daily posting to all social media accounts

-Design and put together marketing information as it relates to Real Estate

-Marketing all Coming Soon, Just Sold, and informative information

-Manage and create ad campaigns for Buyers and Sellers

-Promote our Brand on all social media

-Create Youtube/Tik Tok videos as it relates to Real Estate and post on channel

-To create and put together Omnipresence with all social media marketing

-Create and execute marketing campaigns

-Must be a self-starter and ability to work under pressure

-Experience is preferred although not required

-Ability to learn CRM for Realtors

- Must be proficient in English

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Content Writing

-Social Media Setup & Marketing

- Search Engine Optimization
