SIDEWALK NOW PLOW OPERATORS NEEDED

We are now accepting applicants to join our snow and ice management team for the upcoming 2021/2022 Winter Season. We service commercial, industrial, and institutional properties. Join our team and grow with us!

Compensation and Bonus for SNOW PLOW OPERATORS:
$25 to $35 an hour for Heavy Equipment Operators
WINTER BONUS for perfect attendance at the end of the Winter Season
CASH BONUS for referring a friend with perfect attendance at the end of the Winter Season

There is an opportunity for full time year-round employment with our team. Summer responsibility will be running a crew. Winter responsibility will be managing a dedicated geographical area(s) in York/Durham Regions.

We are actively recruiting for the following positions:

Salt Truck Operators (valid and clean G-Class driver’s license required)
Loader Operators (Box pusher)
John Deere Tractor Operators (10-way blade)
Sidewalk Crew Leaders (valid and clean G-Class driver’s license required)
Sidewalk Tractor Operators
4x4 Plow Operators (valid and clean G-Class driver’s license required)
Skid Steer Operators

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must be on call and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including Christmas & Holidays (Extra $$ Bonus for working over holidays)
Safe operation of equipment in parking lots and paved areas
Efficiently move snow to designated areas
Accurately read site maps, route books
Working cell phone with data
Responsible for inputting daily accurate timesheets into your mobile device
Previous experience in operating snow removal equipment and/or tractor/loaders & salters is asset
Must have a valid and clean G class driver’s license if operating Salters/4x4 Plow/Sidewalk Crew Truck
