Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter

Take your ambitions to next level
Be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to offer;
Understand internal and external clients' needs;
Set up and prioritize talent acquisition strategies;
Support candidates in writing their CV and preparing for interviews;
Contribute to the employer brand through recruitment marketing campaigns;
Improve the recruitment process by suggesting new sourcing methods and strategies;
Suggest new work methodologies for continuous improvement.

Does this sound like you?

Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical recruitment (mix of Agency and Corporate experience would be preferred);
Recruitment experience in one or more of the following sectors would be considered a strong asset: Software Development, Banking, Finance, or Capital Markets, Nuclear, High Tech Engineering;
Passionate about stimulating meetings/connections;
Empathetic, dynamic and collaborative;
Developed team spirit and contagious enthusiasm;
Curious about technologies;
Languages required:
