Senior Advisor - Toronto
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
As the Senior Advisor you have practical expertise in employee and leadership development, team effectiveness, facilitation and education strategy and design. To be successful you will combine your practical experience and academic knowledge of leadership and employee development in the planning and strategic design of learning solutions using various methodologies. You will act as a project lead for functional teams and establish strategic relationships within and outside the organization to create learning solutions. You will be expected to continually enhance your knowledge through ongoing research in your specialty areas, and determine current trends and leading practices that provide leaders and employees with the best solutions to suit their development needs.
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, often in a virtual environment, amid ambiguity and change to meet project expectations. Strong sense of urgency coupled with robust organizational and time management skills; including the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting with multiple projects and prioritize in a deadline driven environment Strong computer skills, including MS Office, as well as the aptitude for learning new programs Advanced understanding of use of evidence-based research for decision making and program development. Demonstrated analytical decision making, project management, group facilitation, innovative problem solving, prioritization, and internal consulting.
