GUC ( well used ) but has one small hole in 2 cushions, a little bit of scratching on the front. Holes are easy fix but one is possibly a burn from previous owner
Alberta made new was $1500, selling as is, must declare it was purchased from a pet friendly and possibly was in a smokers home.
Does not stink of smoke but was exposed before purchase about 18 months ago. ( moving and no room in new place)
