Do you have previous reception and customer service experience? Do you have previous customer service experience and are a professional individual? If so we have the role for you!
We are currently looking for a Receptionist to support our client in Edmonton for a 2-month contract with potential for extension!
Pay: $16.50/hour
Hours: 7:30 AM to 4 PM
As a Receptionist your main job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greets and directs visitors.
- Provides information and answers the telephone or console switchboard.
- Receives and sends packages via couriers.
- Maintains visitor log and/or call record, provides security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions.
- Maintains boardroom schedule and equipment.
- Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.

Qualifications
Must have:
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Attention to detail, highly organized, time management, sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Ability to Multi Task
- Customer Service Skills/ telephone customer service 1 year
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) 1 year
