* Take ownership and be responsible for all aspects of the project* Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with owners, consultants, trades, and the public while promoting the companies services and ensuring client satisfaction.* Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project* Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements* Reviewing the project in-depth to determine if everything is done according to plan* Coordinating with the team and stakeholders* Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction* Manage all day-to-day correspondence and ensure that the job site receives all correspondence in a timely manner* Act as a liaison between all Project Team members, both internal and external* Any other duties as assignedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, ***, ***ual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
