Job Description:JOB DESCRIPTION: The Office Administrator/Office Manager provides a wide range of administrative activities to support the technical logistics for marketing as well as support the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Provides a wide range of administrative support; document preparation, file management, office calendar management and meeting planning. Compiling materials, maintaining employee database records and other duties as assigned. Supports event planning by tracking event registrants, preparing/organizing supplies, and provides on-site support. Work independently with minimal supervision. Assists in planning and project coordination. Participate in RFP process as required. Coordinate office activities to ensure deliverables are met. Must be social media savvy and very comfortable with the Internet world. Works with the marketing team to ensure timely production of marketing literature and related marketing documents. Schedules calendars and travel arrangements. Assist with report preparation and presentation including graphics components as required. Manages communication and acts as liaison between internal departments and executives. Supports sales programs by processing, coordinating sales team schedules and requirements including marketing availability materials and tracking invoices. Conducts CRM data entry and report pulling to support organization goals. Skills and Qualifications: o Four or more years of relevant work experience in a similar position. o Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or industry-related field. o Certification in project management and industry-related areas will be an asset. o Excellent office computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop or any other Graphics tool. o CRM or any other customer relationship database application experience preferred. o Proven written and oral communication skills. o Exceptionally detail oriented and organized. o Ability to effectively interact with various constituencies - high level executives, teachers, o Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. o Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment. o Highly motivated, positive, flexible, must be a team player. o Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
