Office Administrator & Book Keeper required - Toronto
Hi, Currently looking for a office administrative and book keeper. Duties included are attending phone calls, answering emails, and doing book keeping once a week.
Requirements-
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS excel and MS word in particular)
-Full Knowledge of printer, scanner & fax machine
-Ability to solve problems
-Excellent written & verbal communication skills
-Ability to do multi tasks
-Fluency in English
-Punctual
-Experience of administrative work and book keeping an asset
