Low KM BMW S1000RR w/Ohlins TTX & Akrapovic Full System Exhaust

Up for sale is my 2014 BMW S1000RR, never dropped nor been in any accident.
It has tons of upgrades like the track-focused adjustable TTX GP Ohlins suspension that's worth 2000$ on its own, Full System Akrapovic Exhaust, power commander for the tune, custom BMW M seat cover, Slider, and Engine guard, integrated tail light/ trail tidy. The bike also comes with a tank bag for longer journeys. The bike was recently (Dec 2021) maintained at BMW Motorrad in Toronto at 9900km. Always stored indoors, the bike needs absolutely nothing and is ready for the season.
I don't really need to sell this bike as I have put all these upgrades over the years for it to be a track bike, but never ended up having time to take it down to the track so its just sitting there collecting dust now. It ended up becoming more of a street touring bike last summer, and now I have an actual touring bike, I barely ride it anymore (9922km) so I would rather see someone else that can appreciate it to enjoy the bike.
