Forklift Operator REQUIRED IN TORONTO

Mullen Dedicated Logistics, a division of Mullen Trucking Corp. provides a diversified transportation and logistics service to customers, including overnight service between Calgary and Vancouver. Mullen Dedicated specializes in ground transportation, air and ocean freight and scheduled LTL ground service to major centers including Edmonton, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and Banff.

Responsibilities:

The duties listed below while not complete, are intended to demonstrate the scope of this position.

Full time position Sunday - Thursday 10:00 pm - 06:00 am
Operate a forklift - safely move freight to load and unload trailers in 9 bay warehouse
Adhere to all safety policies, regulations and procedures
Communicate regularly with Dispatch and with all departments as required
Maintain clean working area and conduct regular inspections of equipment

Requirements

Previous forklift and warehouse experience
Attention to detail and ability to correctly pick and place freight
Meet fit for duty requirements for this Safety Sensitive position
Ability to work in a faced paced environment, prioritize workload, good record keeping,
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and as part of a team; establish good working relationships with all team members and other departments
Criminal record check
