Looking for a female who is exceptionally clean, quiet, courteous, respectful, friendly, professional or mature student. Someone who will actively contribute to keeping common areas clean on a daily or weekly basis as needed (kitchen, bathroom, living room), and maintain a clean private space (bedroom). Shared bathroom with only one other person, ensuite washer/dryer, furnished living room, complete kitchen, and balcony. Room is bright and is currently furnished with a double bed, dresser, chair, and lamp.

Great location in the heart of the action, and is minutes away from 5 grocery stores, many restaurants, and shops (for when we can take advantage of all that again :)! Four mins walk to Yonge and Bloor Subway Station. The building is exceptionally clean and quiet, and has a small condo gym with new equipment, party room, rooftop lounge and patio with BBQs. (Again, when we are able to again…) Feel free to bring guests to the upstairs lounge to hang out. Please, no fragrance (due to allergies), smoking, pets, or overnight guests.
