Battery seems dead but otherwise the condition is unknown.
Has been sitting around for over a year.

Good shape otherwise, not dropped, some very small scratches on the screen.
Good back cover, Ports look good.
Unlock condition or carrier are unknown.
No charger or USB cable included.
