AZ DRIVER REQUIRED IN TORONTO

Triple M Metal LP is currently seeking qualified applicants for the positions of a AZ Driver. This position will be stationed at our Kitchener, ON location and is a full time position offering a competitive total rewards package, including competitive base salary, performance incentive plan, group benefits and pension; with opportunities for career advancement in a growing company.

Schedule: DAYS: Monday to Friday, Weekends as required.

As part of the Transportation and Logistics team you will transport goods to and from assigned locations while adhering to time schedules in a timely manner. In addition this job is responsible for operating assigned vehicles in a safe, efficient and effective manner while adhering to the rules and regulations of the road.

What we expect from you:

Operates A/Z trucks (manual or automatic transmission) as assigned in a safe, efficient and effective manner:

Transports materials utilizing most efficient routs and meeting delivery schedules
> * Ensures safety and security of cargo

Ensures all assigned routes and time schedules are completed
Follows all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record
Oversees condition of vehicle: Inspects tires, lights, brakes, etc., and report vehicle performance and mechanical deficiencies.

Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.

Completion of driver log books, inspection reports, including pre-trip, en-route, and post trip.

Communicates information to central dispatcher and Supervisor/Manager.

Provides excellent customer service, by demonstrating professional presentation and interaction with internal and external customers.
