Your primary goal in this role is to maintain accurate data with our customers/vendors both internally and externally. You’ll ensure that orders are placed, invoices are complete and that we receive our funds in a timely manner. You’ll perform the full range of accounting activities including processing accounts receivable and payable, reconciling/applying eft deposits on QBO, invoicing, tracking and monitoring collections, reporting and other ad hoc duties. When you’re not working with the numbers, our team will look to you for administrative support. You’ll communicate with customers via phone and/or email, manage supplier relationships and update price lists, place orders, answer telephone and electronic inquiries and any additional related responsibilities.You’re a do-er who loves being at the center of the action – so when our team needs assistance, they’ll know it’s you who they can turn to for support.While having accounting experience is required for this role, what’s equally important is who you are.
